Le Ginepraie is a Villa surrounded by the Tuscan countryside near Volterra, ideal for groups of friends (up to 12 guests) who wish to spend at least a week immersed in nature, shared experiences, privacy, and relaxation. It offers a panoramic swimming pool, 4 suites and 2 independent bedrooms, nature trails starting directly from the property, and shared outdoor spaces perfect for spending time together. Here guests can enjoy the silence of nature while still having all services and amenities just a few minutes away, either on foot or by car.
Le Ginepraie is ideal for multigenerational families (up to 12 guests), as its spacious yet private layout allows different generations to comfortably share the villa while meeting a variety of needs.
The Villa features a fenced infinity pool, completely safe for children and elderly guests, and offers large indoor spaces (4 suites and 2 independent bedrooms). It is surrounded by a large private garden and offers nature walks starting directly from the property. Just a short walk away you will also find a farm with ponies, horses, rabbits and chickens, while in the woods of the nearby nature reserve it is possible to safely encounter wildlife such as deer and foxes.
At Villa Le Ginepraie, nothing is taken for granted—everything is tailored to you. The owner, Valerio, is at your disposal, as he lives right next door. You can request grocery delivery, as well as a private chef or a dedicated pizza maker.
In addition to the services typically found in Tuscany, you can enjoy massages, yoga sessions, and breathing and meditation classes—each one personalized and adapted to your needs and personality.
You’ll also be offered a fresh, creative perspective on the local flora and fauna, along with other unique experiences.
In 2006 I moved here from Brescia, after discovering and renovating this beautiful 1600 farmhouse. I fell in love with its location, secluded but close to all amenities, and the natural environment, lush but welcoming. I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2003, teaching it since 2011, and have been a professional massage therapist since 2018. I have always loved the nature and culture of these places: if you want, I will let you discover them a little at a time during your stay.
You’ll enjoy a 5,000-square-meter private garden and a stunning infinity pool. Free video-monitored parking and an electric car charging station are available for your convenience. A 60-square-meter Patio and a historic Loggia provide the perfect setting for outdoor dining with your entire group. Breathe in the fresh country air and take in panoramic views of rolling fields, woodlands, hills, and small lakes — the quintessential Tuscan landscape.
The Villa has an interior area of more than 500 square meters, divided into five large rooms: three suites and two rooms and an outbuilding with Jacuzzi and air conditioning This allows it to comfortably accommodate ten to twelve people of all ages, while maintaining each person's privacy. It is arranged on two floors, has five bedrooms with bathrooms, three fully equipped kitchens, and three living rooms with fireplaces.

But there is more. The Sun has always evoked the idea of renewal and restored energy. That is what happened to me in 2006, when I decided to change my life and move here. Since then, Le Ginepraie has had this effect on everyone: rebirth, a physical and mental reawakening.
