Set on a charming hilltop in the heart of Tuscany, the Villa’s infinity pool offers a stunning 360° panoramic view and a constant, refreshing breeze — ideal for enjoying the sun, even during the hottest days and hours.

Measuring 12 meters in length, 6 meters in width, and with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 meters, the pool is cleaned daily and maintained to the highest hygiene standards. It is fully equipped with teak sun loungers with cushions, umbrellas, side tables, and chairs — everything you need to relax in comfort.

Because the Villa is located within a nature reserve, the pool also offers a rare opportunity to safely observe local wildlife: hares, roe deer, pheasants, and other animals can often be seen nearby. Look up, and you might catch the elegant flight of a buzzard hawk, along with woodpeckers, swallows, and herons from the nearby pond.

At sunset, while enjoying an aperitivo by the pool, you’ll be enchanted by the ever-changing colors and light. Each evening brings a new atmosphere — and sometimes, if you’re lucky, a fox or an owl might quietly appear in the distance.

At night, the soft, ambient lighting gently illuminates the pool, allowing you to find your way and enjoy a magical swim beneath the stars. With no light pollution, you’ll see more stars than you ever imagined. In the absolute silence that surrounds the villa at night, you may feel as though you’ve stepped outside time and space.
