In the 1600s it housed the stable, with vaulted arches typical of Volterra, called “Volterran vaults,” which you can still admire today, because they have been restored respecting the original structure and materials. This Suite is the main room of the Villa, its landmark, and therefore bears the same symbol of the Solar Flower.
Find here the largest equipped kitchen, a large hall with a fireplace, and also access from here the Patio, where you can organize breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs and outdoor dinners for 10-12 people, enjoying one of the most spectacular views in Tuscany: from the Patio, in fact, you get to see cultivated fields and hills, with colors that change every season, all the way to the village of Sensano.
Also from this Luxury Suite you exit onto the Loggia, a cozy and welcoming space, outdoors but sheltered from the sun and rain, great for eating and relaxing with loved ones. From the Loggia you go to the upper floor by climbing the important stone Staircase, built of the same material as the Roman Theater of Volterra, which dates back to the 1600s.

Why the Symbol of the Solar Flower
This Suite is the largest and most important room in Villa Le Ginepraie, its central landmark. It is for this reason that it bears its own symbol, namely the Sun with petals. This way of drawing the star closest to us, on which we depend to live, is common to many traditions, which have made light coincide with the blooming of flowers. But there is more. The Sun has always evoked the idea of regeneration and a recovery of energy. Indeed, Villa Le Ginepraie has this effect on anyone: rebirth, physical and mental rejuvenation. But it also gives you a new look at the world, a different vision, which you then always retain, even when you return home. Your New Life.
