The entire Villa is a holiday home in Tuscany ideal for couples, families, children or groups. As the apartments and rooms are communicating and the lounges are spacious it is possible to have meals all together.
The apartments and rooms are very spacious measuring from 90 to 130 sq.m and luxuriously comfortable.
The Villa lets the self catering apartments and Bed and Breakfast rooms throughout the year
for a memorable holiday.
The veranda, where the entrances to the apartments are, is a very pleasant panoramic spot to enjoy your meals in the open air shaded from the heat of the sun.
In the grounds there is also a terrace, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, furnished with a mosaic table where you can enjoy an evening meal and watch the sunset.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 spacious kitchen with a living room and lounge. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 lounges with sofa beds (and cots on request).
The rent of the entire Villa also includes the 5000 sq.m garden, the swimming pool, the wood burning oven, the laundry room and parking area.
On request breakfast and evening meals are served in our tavern. The Villa also provides common areas such as the veranda and the panoramic terrace with a long table seating 12.

Like the stone that is quarried and worked in Volterra, the spacious Alabaster Apartment has a warm creamy-white colour. It is on the ground floor with two entrances: one under the shared loggia and the other outside the farmhouse.
The beautiful barrel ceiling made of volterrane, a traditional type of terracotta tiles, is a key feature of this apartment, with arches that separate the kitchen/sitting room area from the dining room and bedroom, with walk-in cupboards, while the divan in front of the fireplace can be converted into a comfortable double bed.
The bathroom has a shower and is roomy and windowed like the others.
The apartment communicates with the Green Bedroom, which has its own bathroom and independent access, if this is preferred.
