GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No smoking:
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa

Letting period:
The letting period is a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible to stay for periods of less than a week during low and mid season.

Prices:
The price of the villa/apartments includes hot and cold water, electricity, gas, weekly linen and towels and final cleaning. The price does not include the security deposit given upon arrival and services such as heating and any extra domestic help, the cost of which must be paid before departure. Guests who have to leave before the end of the letting period for whatever reason are not entitled to any reimbursement of the unutilised letting period.

Making a booking:
Confirmation of availability of the villa/apartments does not mean the reservation is confirmed. Reservations are treated as confirmed only when the deposit has been received.

Booking deposit:
Within one week of guests confirming their reservation, they are required to pay 30% - 50% of the full reservation price by way of a booking deposit and advance on the total cost. The rest of the price must necessarily be paid by the start of the letting period.
Deposits will be reimbursed in full if reservations are cancelled up to 90 days before the start of the letting period. None of the deposit will be reimbursed in the event of cancellations less than 90 days before the letting start date.

Balance:
The rest of the price must necessarily be paid by the start of the letting period.

Security deposit:
Upon arrival the guest in whose name the reservation has been made must provide a security deposit of € 500.00 for the villa and € 200.00 for the apartments. This deposit will be returned in full upon departure, subject to any damage to the equipment or loss thereof that is noted and consequently withheld from the deposit.

Arrival and departure:
Guests are kindly requested to observe the stated arrival and departure times. Arrivals are scheduled for Saturday in the early evening between 18.00 and 21.00, while departures are scheduled for Saturday morning between 08.00 and 10.00.

Number of occupants:
The number of occupants of the apartments must correspond to that specified upon reservation. Any amendment to occupant numbers must be notified at least one week before the start of the letting period. Villa Le Ginepraie reserves the right to accept such amendments.
