We had the best time in this villa between Volterra and San Gimignano.
The place is amazing and Valerio and Paola are the best people on earth. Paola is a great cooker, a real chef, we had a really nice cook lesson by her, and we can't wait to try her receipes at home now.
We were a 9 people family with baby, ans it was just the perfect place, big apartments, top quality service, awesome view and near of the points of interest in Tuscany.
We felt at home, and thanks to Paola and Valerio, we'll have great memories of our stay in Le Ginepraie: Cari amici, grazie tante! |

Villa Le Ginepraie was recommended to us by close friends and we could not have been happier with our choice.
Paola and Valerio, the young owners, were very attentive to all of our needs. They recommended great restaurants, excursions to nearby towns, arranged horseback riding, held a cooking class for us, fixed gourmet breakfasts and dinners and were very friendly.
Its location between San Gimignano and Volterra is perfectly situated for seeing the most beautiful parts of Tuscany. The pool was very nice, but the weather a little cool for swimming in early June. I would return to this idyllic spot in a heartbeat. |

We have always loved Tuscany but this was just the best trip we have had. The villa is beautifully situated in typical Tuscan countryside and well placed for trips to Siena, Florence and Pisa as well as the more local towns of San Gimignano and Volterra.
The villa is delighfully appointed and is ideal for a family bash. (We took the whole villa for a fiftieth birthday celebration.) We had our individual privacy but were easily able to have fun together.
Paola and Valerio were stunning hosts and their cooking and general attention to our needs were first class without ever being intrusive. We just can't wait to go back! |

Splendido casale d'epoca posto in mezzo ad una vallata da fiaba. Esattamente a metà strada tra Volterra e San Gimignano. Bella piscina attrezzata con gusto.
Appartamenti molto grandi e dotati di tutto il necessario. Sopra ad ogni cosa grande cortesia e disponibilità di Paola e Valerio, ragazzi che fanno questo lavoro per vera passione. E si vede! |

| Incantevole é dir poco. Tramonti a bordo piscina, la gentilezzadei proprietari, la quiete della villa e la sua ottima posizione strategica ( vicino a S. Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa e Volterra) fanno di questa location un piccolo paradiso di cui vale la spesa. |

Ho trascorso un week-end lungo con la mia famiglia (13 persone di cui 6 bambini) alle Ginepraie affittando tutta la villa. Sin dal nostro arrivo siamo rimasti incantati dalla bellezza del posto.
Tutto quel che si vede sul sito internet é reale, il casale del `600 é immerso tra sinuose colline incontaminate popolate da fagiani e caprioli.
Il giardino é molto curato e dispone di una bella piscina. Gli appartamenti sono arredati con gusto, le camere comode, con cotto e travi a vista. Bagni puliti dotati di asciugacapelli e saponi vari. Gli angoli cottura hanno tutto il pentolame necessario ma noi abbiamo preferito lasciarci stupire e viziare dalla bravissima Paola che per 5 serate ha sfornato ottime specialitá toscane seguite da gustosissimi dolci.
Le Ginepraie é situato nelle immediate vicinanze di Volterra e San Giminiano e dista un'oretta da Siena. Le mie nipoti hanno preso lezione di equitazione e l'ultimo giorno abbiamo affittato dei quad trascorrendo alcune ore all'insegna dell'avventura tra guadi e strade sterrate.
Grazie alla simpatia ed all'ospitalitá dei proprietari e alla bellezza del posto ci siamo ripromessi di rendere Le Ginepraie meta di una piacevole tradizione di famiglia. |

Fantastico, semplicemente fantastico!!
Un paradiso immerso nel verde e nella natura, e se questo non bastasse in più c'è la gentilezza e simpatia di Paola e Valerio, i due proprietari, i quali oltre ad offrire un'ottima ospitalità, dispensano anche ottimi consigli.
Da segnalare la prima colazione a base di torte appena sfornate e di yogurt o spremuta d'arance fresche...

i vous visitez le site Internet (www.leginepraie.com)... et bien c'est encore plus beau que sur le site.
Le lieu : Site privilégié sur un promontoir, ce qui vous assure de ne pas avoir trop chaud et d'avoir une vue à 360° digne de la Toscane.
La piscine : profitant de la vue exceptionnelle, la piscine de taille excellente est entretenue tous les matins par le propriétaire ( Valerio), ce qui vous offre une propreté exemplaire. Petit bémol....il n'y a pas d'escaliers pour les enfants descendre dans la piscine...mais c'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose...
La maison : Que dire.... grandeur; luxe, goût... reparti en 3 grands( immense) appartements et 3 chambres, le lieu offre de multitudes possibilités de vie et de calme. 3 cuisines, plusieurs frigos,etc.. tout est super bien conçu et parfait pour un grand groupe (8 adultes et 5 enfants).. Les literies sont de qualités, les salles de bain pratiques et neuves...petit bémol ( et encore une fois pour dire quelque chose)....les frigos sont un peu petits....
La logia et la vie extérieure: logia très très agréable pou manger durant la journée, le lieu offre également d'autres endroits ou se réunir pour manger avec de superbes vues.
Et enfin, les propriétaires, présents mais invisibles, vous offre l'assurance de ne pas être seul dans ce lieu retiré et de pouvoir toujours avoir l'assistance pour un repas proposé par Paola ou une réservation de restaurant par Valério.
Bref, un endroit à recommander et à visiter de toute urgence. |
