The Tuscany Villa's pool, idyllically located on the top of a hill with a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape, is constantly caressed by a pleasant breeze that allows you to sun bathe even on very hot days.

Bed and Breakfast Villa Le Ginepraie is located within an ancient hunting reserve so while you relax by the pool it is possible to see hares, deer and pheasants pass by in the neighbouring fields and a variety of birds such as hawks, woodpeckers, swallows and a pair of herons who live on the lake just a few metres from the villa.
In the evening you can enjoy a drink by the pool, watch the sun setting behind the hills and watch the fox come down to visit us, as he does every evening, or perhaps even sight an owl.

As the pool is lit up at night you can take a late night swim and admire a spectacular, rather rare starlit sky  as the area is totally unpolluted.
The swimming pool of the villa is 6 m wide 12 m long and 2.20 m in depth, open from first of May
to end of October and is equipped with comfortable chaises, tables, chairs and
umbrellas. The chlorine and ph levels are onstantly checked and the water is cleaned daily.
